Why Stoke Bites started
I'm Jami, founder of Stoke Bites. The brand started for a simple reason: I couldn't find a healthier snack bar that actually tasted good and felt right for the way I live.
Most 'healthy' bars are either bland, chalky, or so over-processed they may as well come from a lab. The ones that taste good are loaded with sugar. I wanted a bar that worked for a surf check, a long work day, a road trip, and an afternoon at the desk โ without compromising on what's actually in it.
What we make
Stoke Bites are wholefood snack bars made in Australia. Gluten-free, dairy-free, high in protein, and built around real ingredients โ dates, nuts, quinoa flakes, and fruit. We currently make four flavours: Apricot Cashew, Peanut Butter Choc Chip, Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake (vegan), and Choc Pistachio Brownie.
The ocean connection
The name is the giveaway. Stoke Bites is built around the surf and ocean lifestyle โ the feeling of fuelling up before a session, or refuelling after one. We design our bars to live in your beach bag, work bag, gym bag, and car console. Wherever you spend your time, Stoke Bites should fit.
Where we're heading
Right now you can find Stoke Bites at the Shire Farmers Market and in a growing number of cafes, gyms, surf shops, and health food stores across Australia.
